In the midst of all our busyness, God calls us to pause, breathe, and remember who we are. We are called to "remember" and "observe" the Shabbat day, not as a legalistic list of do's and don'ts, but as a time of refreshing and renewal. In this message we can enter into the rest that God prescribed for us as our loving Abba.
